Returns

At BVMONT, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Products must include original packaging and tags where applicable
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Intimate or hygiene-related items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need assistance with an exchange, please contact our support team.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BVMONT is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
